Zach Tucker is a 4th generation family member of Maple Leaf Farms, Inc., a global leader in duck production and breeding. Zach is a graduate of Purdue University with a concentration in Animal Agribusiness. He has been at Maple Leaf full-time for over 8 years overseeing roles in various areas including animal performance research, biosecurity, internal and 3rd party execution, and animal well-being programs. Currently, Zach serves as the Director of QA Communication and Compliance where he acts as a liaison between departments ushering in process improvement and enhanced communication channels. In addition, he oversees all product labeling and regulatory compliance. Zach also sits on the Family Council and is the Philanthropy Committee Chair acting as the main point of contact for charitable giving and philanthropy between Maple Leaf, the community, and beyond. Zach and his wife, Gabriella, have one daughter named Penelope, who is the first member of the 5th generation.
